About the position
Responsibilities
• Perform clerical duties including typing and filing.
• Screen, direct, and prioritize incoming correspondence and phone calls.
• Maintain and coordinate leadership calendars.
• Provide direction and expertise for team members on departmental and company processes.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and contractors, including establishing access and accounts.
• Assist with departmental financial processes including purchase requests, travel requests, and invoice processing.
• Maintain departmental files, update project and budget information, and track departmental deadlines.
• Organize conferences and meetings, process expense reports, and ensure timely responses to information requests.
• Assist with vendor establishment and coordination with the SAP vendor team.
Requirements
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• 3+ years of experience performing office support and administration work within a medium to large sized organization (500+ employees).
• Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new processes, procedures, and software applications.
• Superior communication skills and ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to interact effectively with executive and senior management.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently under pressure with attention to detail.
• Strong customer/client focus and teamwork skills.
