Marketing Administrative Assistant

Description:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing department by executing a variety of routine tasks.
• Update and manage content across various digital platforms, including websites and design templates.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels.
• Perform meticulous quality assurance checks on all marketing materials and data.
• Manage and complete tickets within the team’s task management system, ensuring organization and timely completion.
• Conduct accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in spreadsheets and databases.
• Update and maintain tracking sheets, calculators (using Airtable/Excel), and regular performance reports.
• Assist with updates and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Requirements:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong focus on data and results.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
