About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the General Counsel and Legal organizations, including preparing presentations, financial reports, and managing legal databases.
• Coordinate calendars and manage the workflow of the General Counsel, including scheduling meetings and maintaining legal files.
• Prepare for and follow up on meetings, managing logistics and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
• Arrange detailed travel plans and compile documents for travel-related meetings, including corporate travel arrangements.
• Maintain and manage permissions for the Legal Department SharePoint site and other legal management systems.
• Complete special projects as assigned, including research and documentation.
Requirements
• Minimum of two years vocational/business school training in an administrative program.
• At least five years’ experience in an administrative assistant role supporting attorneys or executive leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Prior experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Experience with legal database management.
