About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in both production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to assess system requests and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead business requirement gathering, specification, design, and testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 projects.
• Serve as the primary IT contact for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 technical requirements.
• Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 Version Upgrade process, including meetings and testing with key business users.
• Create detailed user documentation and training materials for modifications, extensions, and customizations. Provide new user training and support.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
• Monitor and maintain the health of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 services, resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
• 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central administration, support, and analysis work.
• BC Implementation experience is preferred.
• Data Analysis experience utilizing Power BI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes/flows, specifically operations of NAV/BC as A/P, A/R, sales, warehousing, inventory, general accounting.
• Preferred knowledge of Binary Stream Multi-Entity Management software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced- rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of organization.
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
• Experience with IT Helpdesk and Systems Analyst responsibilities.
