Assistant, Travel Services Admin (Remote Opportunity)

About the position

Responsibilities
• Monitor Travel Services Coordinator statuses within Genesys Cloud.
• Distribute Daily Tasks and Assignments to Travel Services Coordinators.
• Regularly send empowerment communications and emails to Road Scholar participants.
• Review Travel Services Coordinator attendance records and communicate absences to Travel Services management team.
• Process Participant Information Forms (PIF) cases within Salesforce.
• Run a variety of call quality monitoring reports including: Edit Report, Initial Call Needed Report, Multiple Gateways Report, and the Completed – No Billing Report.
• Populate ad hoc Travel Service Coordinator statistical data for department managers.
• Coordinate Pre/Post Hotel Changes for Road Scholar Participants.
• Make updates to Travel Services Coordinator Resources within systems like InRoad and Spekit.
• Manage Amadeus queue sorting and processing.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements
• 1 year related office or administrative experience.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective time management, including meeting important deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take on new tasks and learn new skills and systems.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in all daily tasks.
• Be self-motivated and results driven.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
