The ideal candidate for the remote Data Entry/Customer Supports Assistant position should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities
• Plan and adjust projects and timelines
• Execute tasks relating to Data Management, property listings, project maintenance and communications with potential clients
• Manage all aspects of remote projects from initial planning to completion
• Oversee project milestones and deadlines
• Communicate project updates and goals to Potential clients
• Track project costs, risks, issues, scope, progress and timeline
• Reconcile project invoices
• Manage vendor relationships
• Generate reports and update project documentation
• Identify and resolve conflicts or conflicts of interest
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project accuracy and effectiveness
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, document preparation and data entry
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures and regulations
