Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to promote retention and loyalty.
2. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide solutions to any issues they may be facing.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong time management and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Experience working remotely and managing client relationships from a distance.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
