Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision and goals in the beauty space.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and original TikTok content that resonates with our target audience, incorporating the latest trends in the beauty industry.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure a cohesive social media strategy across various platforms, with a focus on TikTok.
• Analyze TikTok analytics to gauge content performance and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal engagement and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations on TikTok and in the beauty industry, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Manage and grow our TikTok community, engaging with followers and fostering positive interactions.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and impactful content delivery.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a UGC Creator, with a focus on TikTok content creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in the beauty industry, including previous TikTok campaigns or projects.
• In-depth understanding of TikTok’s platform, trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, specifically within the beauty space.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with relevant editing tools and software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated and organized, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content
