Responsibilities: – Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat communication. – Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell as appropriate. – Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer support tickets, ensuring a timely resolution to all customer concerns. – Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, common pain points, and opportunities for improvement in our products and services. – Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding support to new customers to ensure a smooth transition into using General Motors products.

Requirements: – Resourceful and passionate individual with a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer service. – Strong negotiation and analysis skills to effectively address customer needs and identify opportunities for growth. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively. – Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills. – A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
