Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance roles, preferably in a technology-related field.
  • Proficiency in using Apple products and familiarity with macOS, iOS, and related software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers experiencing technical difficulties.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
