Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
