Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
