Previous customer service experience, preferably in a chat or online support environment.
Strong written communication skills with proficiency in typing and grammar.
Ability to multitask and navigate between multiple chat conversations efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
