Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across Disney’s social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with Disney’s brand and content is a plus.
