Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Manage customer service inquiries and issues
Provide personalized and excellent customer experience
Create an exceptional customer experience
Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction
Monitor customer retention and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty
Research customer trends and recommend changes to services and products
Develop policies and procedures to promote customer satisfaction
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
Track customer service metrics and report results to management
