Position Overview:
We seek an organized and creative individual to serve as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Content Creator. This role involves supporting our Founder & CEO in administrative duties and driving our brand’s narrative through engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant:
• Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Social Media Content Creator:
• Develop and execute a content strategy for our social media platforms that aligns with our… brand’s mission and goals.
• Produce, edit, and publish engaging multimedia content to tell the story of our founder and the impact of Genomii in the wellness technology space.
• Monitor social media trends and engagement, adjusting strategies to enhance audience interaction and growth.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in executive assistance and social media content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating multimedia skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Passion for wellness and technology, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
• Language proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous.
