What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Act as an initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions
  • Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners
  • Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products
  • Log and document participant conversations/issues
  • Provide real-time technical support for participants using the automated phone system and employee website

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Previous open enrollment experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
  • Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans
  • Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
