Job Description

We are now looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to work as a remote virtual assistant for real estate. The Virtual Assistant will be essential in helping our brokers and real estate agents by handling administrative tasks and ensuring that our firm runs smoothly from a distance. Strong communication abilities, meticulousness, and familiarity with real estate procedures and technologies are prerequisites for this role.

Responsibilities
• Assist real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
• Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and meetings with clients and vendors.
• Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as listing presentations, brochures, and virtual tours, to promote properties effectively.
• Manage email correspondence, respond to inquiries from clients and prospects, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
• Update and maintain databases and CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on properties, clients, and transactions.
• Provide remote support for social media management, website updates, and other marketing activities as needed.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in real estate or administration is a plus.
• Previous experience as a real estate assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role in the real estate industry preferred.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools, such as MLS systems, CRM platforms, and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software applications.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup conducive to remote work
