Position Summary
The position maintains responsibility for managing inquiry requests via phone and e-mail for therapy services and matching clients and potential clients for such services and fulfilling all associated tasks for their member’s therapeutic practices. The position exercises independent judgment of day-to day challenges.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Administrative Responsibilities:

Successfully matches clients to therapy services via phone and the organization’s online system.
Tracks incoming referrals using spreadsheet software.
Maintains new and current client management organization via online software.
Responds to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage for therapy services.
Coordinates and maintains general administrative guidelines regarding clients, records control, and other administrative activities.
Operates personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software
Successfully complies with all HIPAA Privacy Rule requirements.
Assists with the organization’s marketing function.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or Equivalent Combination of education/experience.
Three years of serving in an Administration capacity, such as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role.
Experience working in the mental health industry preferred
Experience working remotely
Able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic and previous experience in a remote work environment.
Ability to achieve success with minimal supervision.
Ability to troubleshoot non-routine transactions and solve complex problems.
