Job Overview:

Hop In is seeking a dynamic and skilled Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our company’s market presence and driving our marketing and communication strategies forward. Key Qualifications:
• Exquisite oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of online applications and marketing computer software, including MS Office, with a HubSpot Certification.
• Good understanding of databases, market research techniques, marketing principles, and office management.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines, multitask, and maintain a high level of organization with a client-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate… directly with clients and foster trusting relationships.
• Experience in writing marketing literature to enhance company presence in the market.
• Proven track record of contributing to content creation strategies, managing social media, email campaigns, website content, SEO, and analytics.

Responsibilities:
• Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of Hop In’s policies, principles, strategies, and industry developments.
• Adhere to the company’s style guide to produce high-quality, error-free copy that aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas supporting the company’s strategy and initiatives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, and manage social media audience engagement.
• Create, draft, and deploy updates via email campaigns and newsletters to various stakeholders.
• Support and evaluate the results of communication campaigns by tracking metrics and making data-driven recommendations.
• Generate reports and analytics on the success of emails, company website, and social media.
• Maintain a solid understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Coordinate with the product team for updates to support marketing and lead generation.
• Use web analytics and sales data to optimize sales conversion and improve the user experience.
• Assist with reporting on marketing efforts, including website, social media, email marketing, and event attendance.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Report directly to the Communications Lead or, in their absence, the next responsive head (Erich Ko, CEO/Boyd Reid, CCO), providing regular updates on communication initiatives, progress, and challenges.
