Overview

Reporting to the CCO and CFO in British Columbia and the Managing Director in Alberta, the Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the executive team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires a high level of organization, confidentiality, and the ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication and information dissemination.
• Assist in project management and coordination of special initiatives, tracking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain… confidentiality of sensitive information, exercise discretion, and handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the executive team.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience as an executive assistant.
• Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, demonstrating proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle confidential information discreetly.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• 40 hours per work week with flexibility as this position is supporting Executives in different regions.
• Remote Work
• Possible travel or field work
