I am looking to hire a virtual assistant to join our support staff for an online fitness business. Looking for someone who:

– Can learn the procedures and processes of the business quickly…

– Will work very proficiently without errors

– Has great organizational and time management skills

– Works well under pressure and/or a large workload

– Is a proactive self-starter.

– Has good communication skills (customer service experience is a plus)

– Knows Google Workspace (Google Sheets/Google Docs/Google Calendar)

– Can multitask very well

You will be given tasks such as:

-Answering Livechat messages that come in on the website

– Responding to Direct Messages and Comments on the business’s Facebook Page and Instagram Pages

– Troubleshooting simple tech stuff like resetting passwords for staff/clients

– Managing appointments via Acuity (scheduler). That can include scheduling, rescheduling, canceling, and marking no-shows

– Messaging sales staff to remind them to submit forms and mark their calendars. Due to their high-paced environment, they need a backup – you.

– Updating client info in Google Sheets

– Answering customer emails

– Answering customer texts (We have a texting platform)

– Entering contracts into our processing software and processing payments with 100% accuracy

You would start off with simpler tasks interacting with prospective customers and completing Google Workspace tasks as you familiarize yourself with the business. Once you become familiar with and more proficient, tasks will be added. This will increase your hours as you pick up new tasks. My goal is to ensure that you are proficient in doing the work and it is the right fit before adding more to your plate. You will be using Time Doctor to clock in and out – this is essentially the same (or very similar) as Upwork’s tracker.

The position will initially be part-time, with up to 20 hours per week, but may transition to full-time hours. If you prefer to remain part-time, that’s ok. I’d prefer someone who is available to work on weekends if needed. In your cover letter, please let me know how many hours you are currently available per week, and what your availability looks like so that we can come up with a schedule that works best with you.

Again, I am looking to hire someone who will work very proficiently without errors and is a quick learner
