Hours: 3 days a week from 10am-2pm
• *Position Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team with a primary focus on outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to contribute to our mission of empowering women in leadership positions.
• *Responsibilities:**

– Conduct outbound calls to a lead list provided by the company, engaging potential clients and providing information about our services and initiatives.

– Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening.

– Identify and qualify leads to determine potential interest and suitability for our programs and services.

– Follow up on inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns with accuracy and efficiency.

– Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up procedures.

– Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outbound calling campaigns for maximum effectiveness and success.

– Meet and exceed established targets for outbound call volume, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• *Qualifications:**

– Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, with a proven track record of success in outbound calling preferred.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.

– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.

– Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.

– Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
